About Tier One
A family-operated plumbing company, dedicated to excellent service
Tier One Plumbing is a licensed plumbing contractor serving homeowners, property managers and select commercial customers throughout Palm Beach County and select areas of Broward County.
Who we are.
Tier One is a family-operated plumbing company. Our primary focus is residential service plumbing: water heaters, drains and sewers, everyday repairs, leak investigation, repiping and backflow. We also take on select commercial work and larger permitted repair projects.
Our team’s experience runs from day-to-day service calls to high-end new construction. That background shows up in the details: neatly routed piping, properly supported equipment, and work that’s done to code.
We’re not trying to be the cheapest plumber in South Florida. We’re trying to be the one you’re glad you called, and the one you call again.
What “Excellent Service” Means
Good plumbing is only part of the job.
Dedicated to Excellent Service
Excellent service means answering the phone, communicating clearly, respecting your home, diagnosing the problem carefully, explaining your options, and standing behind the work after we leave.
Tier One is the residential plumbing company homeowners can feel comfortable calling—not just when there is an emergency, but anytime they want their plumbing handled professionally.

- Clear communication before and during the visit
